hello, I've found your distributions reading flattering reviews. I tested the livecd image and I'm impressed. I would like to install it on my laptop where I recently installed the ssd disk, I have several questions because I want to optimize my work and before i never had ssd disc.
- select f2fs file system during installation? maybe some of you have some experience with this file system for ssd discs?
- after the installation change the default I/O Scheduler for hard drive? because I know that there are several i/o: cfq/deadline/noop/ mq-deadline and every distribution i try prefers something else for example manajro use bfq
sorry for refresh but i still cant install Archman on f2fs filesystem. I managed to find out from calamares devs that f2fs-tools must be included to distribution livecd package because installing f2fs tools later does not solve the problem.
of course when i install this tools manual i can create f2fs partition but calamares in last steps run mkinitcpio and it`s stop because calamares run fsck and can`t find fsck.f2fs on livecd
The f2fs package will be included in the new versions. In the next release this package was included in the system. Nevertheless, the calamares boot options are experiencing an installation error. With the development version of Calamares this problem is solved. We will repackage the stable version of Calamares. we will get boot loader errors. We will have the Calamares-dev version in our stores. I experienced the same problem 😉
Thanks for feedback.

glad to hear that was calamares issue and with dev version all works good because i found your report on calamares github and they are confident that is grub issue but even if - i think you can deal with it 😉
